Stuffed Bell Pepper with Chicken & Vegetables Recipe 💥💥
Ingredients
3pcs Bell Peppers
200gm Minced Chicken Breast
1 Diced Onions
1 Small Cup of Corn
20ml Full Cream Milk
2tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Cup of Chopped Parsley
1tsp Ojisang Lime + Cheese
1tsp Ojisang Mixed Cayenne
1tsp Ojisang Pepper Salt
1tbsp Ojisang Garlic

Methods:
1. Season the minced chicken meat with Ojisang Pepper Salt.
2. Heat up the pan with olive oil and then add the marinated chicken, onion, corn, and carrot. Add Ojisang Lime Cheese, Pepper Salt, Mixed Cayenne, and Garlic seasoning. Stir fry it in medium heat.
4. Cut the bell pepper into half and spoon the minced chicken and vegetables mixture into the bell pepper. Optional you can top it to cheese also but this round I prefer to go lighter without cheese.
5. Bake the bell pepper in the oven for 20mins.
6. Sprinkle some Ojisang Garlid, Mixed Cayenne, and Chopped Parsley on top. It’s ready to be served!
